Cancellation Policy

PRODUCT CANCELLATION POLICY

Before purchasing any product in the store, please ensure that you are familiar with the product cancellation policy below.

Cancellations are NOT guaranteed. If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to help@petrazuri.com right away. If your order has already been placed with the supplier when your email is received, then the order cancellation will not be processed.

SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY

Before booking any consultation or coaching session, please ensure that you are familiar with the service cancellation policy below.

Cancellations made

• up to 48 hours before our scheduled session time: no charge, except for any service fees charged by the payment provider. You will receive a refund, less any fees incurred. This includes any circumstance where we need to cancel any payments you have made in error. Any refund of payment will be less any service fees.
• within 48 hours and up to 4 hours before our scheduled session time: you are responsible for 50% of the cost of the session, if you reschedule at the time of cancellation. However, if it is a cancellation without an immediate reschedule, you are responsible for the full price of the reading.
• within 4 hours before our scheduled session time: you are charged for the full price. If you do not show up or you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled session, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged for the full price of the session.

If you have to cancel at the last minute and cannot attend the live session, provided that you contact me before the start of our scheduled session time, I can offer to record the session without you and forward you the recording of the session. I will record it at the time of our scheduled session, and it will cover, as much as possible what I planned to cover if you had attended the live session, in addition to any questions you already provided prior to the session. You will still be charged for the full price of the session.
