Shipping Policy

Please review and make yourself familiar with the below shipping policy for PetraZuri.

Order Processing Time

All of our orders are processed and shipped out within 5-6 business days.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking number, with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please allow at least 24 hours after receipt for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us immediately by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, however, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore. We will update you as to whether a change in shipping address was able to be made.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Shipping will be provided by either USPS Priority or FedEx Ground / Home Delivery.

The follow shipping rates currently apply to orders, based on product weight:

As a rule of thumb, transit time is generally 3 days, but can be longer or shorter depending on the carrier, origin, and destination.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer if your order is placed during busier periods, such as during certain holiday seasons.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only offer shipping within the USA, specifically the 48 contiguous states, plus DC. Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a P.O. Box or to a military address.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, or if your package has arrived damaged, please contact us by email at help@petrazuri.com. Please refer to our Return / Refund Policy for more specific information.

Returns and Refunds

PetraZuri will happily accept returns due to a change of mind, as long as the request is received by us within 24 days after your purchase.

The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund, less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs, will be processed and you will receive a store credit in that amount. Please refer to our Return / Refund Policy for more specific information.
