Essential oils can help support you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. When you’re feeling stuck and need a bit of support moving through challenges, both the aroma and the physiological effects from applying the oils can be beneficial. Using my intuition, I will select an essential oil that may help your, mood, mind and body, depending on what your energetic flow is at the moment.
Healing Crystal Intuitive Recommendation
The energy from crystals can harmonize with your own and help you to balance and manage your energy in many ways. Certain crystals can help support you in healing your mind, body or spirit. You may feel more relaxed, increased focus, more clarity, protection from negative thoughts, or relief from pain and inflammation. Crystals are a great portable and discrete healing tool as there is no aroma, yet they are powerful. I will intuitively select a crystal that seems appropriate based on your current energy.
